Viewing is addictive! Hopefully visitors from outside the UK can watch this too. I’ve just been watching Red squirrels, Jays, Woodpecker. I’m not going to keep you with a chatty post. Pour yourself a cuppa and enjoy some UK wildlife from the Scottish Highlands …
Winterwatch Extra: Now live on the web and Red Button.
A quick reminder for UK peeps too… Winterwatch is on BBC Two tonight at 8:30pm. Looking forward to that too. Oh… but you just can’t beat these Live cams – sometimes there is chat on it too. Please do take a look 🙂
Next time, I’ll back to the build-up for the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch this weekend with chat on a new bird table 🙂
This post was published by Shirley for shirls gardenwatch in January 2014.
Thanks Shirl – off to have a peek before darkness falls.
We'll be watching Wintewatch too and have registered for the Birdwatch. Already there are less feathered visitors to the garden.
Darn, I could not see it. 🙁
Will be back to watch today Shirl. Saw a bird yesterday that I did not recognise on one of the bird feeders near the stream. It has the potential to become addictive 🙂
That is certainly a wonderful website ('almost' as nice as your own) 🙂
Hello everyone, thanks for all your comments 🙂
Anna, Great to see you managed to catch this – absolutely this is addictive viewing. The cams are still live during the birdwatch count weekend too btw 😀
Sue, hope you enjoyed Winterwatch – it’s a pity they didn’t get proper snow. Ha-ha on your bird visitors – perhaps they are just keeping you guessing 😉
Lisa, aw… hopefully you’ll catch it again over the weekend. The time difference is the problem here – it’s not 24hr live streaming.
Jan, I’m delighted you took a look at Winterwatch. You are too kind, my blog is miles behind the Winterwatch site. The original Springwatch caught my interest and had me looking at birds and nature at different times of the year. The Autumnwatch show is great too 😀
